No appointment needed — just bring your key into the shop and we’ll cut it while you wait. A standard cylinder or house key normally takes around a minute to cut, including finding the correct blank.
Mortice keys can take a little longer, but even these are usually ready within around five minutes. If you need several copies, that’s no problem either — 5–10 standard cylinder keys can normally be cut in around 5–6 minutes.

Every key we cut is guaranteed. If your new key doesn’t work, simply bring it back and we’ll recut it free of charge.
There’s no time limit on our guarantee. If you don’t get around to trying your spare key for six months and then discover there’s a problem, bring it back and we’ll replace it.
